At that time, we traveled back and forth from Montana to California monthly to Photograph our wonderful Orange County Clients. While in Montana, we were so blessed by the graciousness of a friend to stay in the most incredible Montana Home on a 10 acre gentleman's ranch. Gorgeous views of the valley, daily sounding of the train following the infamous Missouri river, all of our beloved animals and horses in the backyard, I was in complete heaven! The 2 day 24 plus hour commute to California once a month seemed like a small price to pay to live in our dream home.

Both Jack and Brynlee live in Saint George, Utah, where they met in church at a young age. Just recently, since both of their families just happened to be visiting Orange County, California at the same time, Jack decided it was the perfect time to propose to Brynlee. The very next day, Stephanie and I met them at the beach for their engagement photo session. As you can see in the photos, they have such a great and fun relationship. Jack and Brynlee plan on getting married this march at one of the LDS temples.

Both of her parents were on the sidelines with blankets, family heirloom props, little outfits and fresh flowers.
Stephanie and I first met Aria's mom Lauren a few months ago, as she needed headshots for a collages alumni magazine. We were so excited to find out that she wanted us to photograph her soon to be newborn.
Let your clothing choice enhance your family portrait by keeping it simple. Parks are filled with greens and earth tones, by wearing multiple colors and patterns, it's difficult for the eye to stay focused on your beautiful family.
White looks spectacular against a green backdrop and will create a timeless family portrait that will stand the test of time. A splash of denim breaks up the white nicely and creates the necessary contrast.
To make your family portrait color choice look less uniform, use tonal variations with your whites and your denim. to maintain that classic look, either go barefoot, or select shoes that won't date your family portrait.

Scavenger hunt proposal
Now, this has been done quite a few times before, but each are catered to the specifics of the relationship. Hide things in places that are significant to your relationship. Having photographed these triplets since they were very young, it was an awesome opportunity to photograph their Laguna Beach, California high school senior session. These triplets are very special to me and we had so much fun on this beautiful overcast night.
These triplets flew in from Florida to have their high school senior photos done in Laguna Beach. Because of the distance, I don't get to see them that often, which made this photo session even more special.
