A busy schedule didn’t stop the Inman family from taking time this year to capture yet another spectacular family portrait.

A cold rainy day at the Mission SJC was the perfect setting for Jean to be surrounded by her handsome men. This gave her the unique opportunity to dress in winter fashion, which is rare for the usually warm and sunny Southern California.
It seems just like yesterday that we all were capturing family portraits of George and Jean with their little boys, I’m not sure how they grew up so fast. The Inman family are some of the nicest people you could ever meet and I believe that this portrait has captured how beautiful they really are.

I’ve been photographing families at the Mission since 1994 and even to this day, it’s one of my favorite places to create elegant family portraits. I love photographing families in the winter because people look so good in sweaters, coats and hats. Families seem to cuddle closer together on colder days and I believe that if you come home after a hard day to see your own loving family cuddled together on the wall, it can instantly change your mood for the better.
